Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing in our system. Because of this, we can only cancel orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange once it arrives. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order is still in processing, we’ll do our best to stop fulfillment and confirm the cancellation by email.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before fulfillment, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Sale items and limited-edition drops are final once purchased.
Some items may ship separately — partial cancellations may not be available once fulfillment begins.
