We want you to love your SAINT CHIC purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
We accept returns for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, you have two options:
Visit your account or order page to submit a return request directly:

Your order number
A brief note explaining the issue
A photo of the item (especially if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
Shipping Your Return
Please note: SAINT CHIC does not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Include your order number inside the package and send returns to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Exchanges & Damages
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
For other returns, once your item is received and approved, we’ll issue a store credit or send your exchange right away.
Additional Notes
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Final sale items, accessories, and limited-edition drops are not eligible for return.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
