SAINT CHIC INC is a sustainable business model. We ship from multiple warehouses and we avoid packaging, waste and unnecessary product routing.

In order to maintain the lowest costs passed to you and reduce waste, your order may take 9-12 days after processing.

Processing may take up to 2 business days due to staffing, holidays and weekends.
EXTENSIVE delays are not common.

Our items are very unique and our customers are so happy when they get their orders.


Our staff is committed to making sure you get your items.

When you inquire about your order, we will check the progress and push you a tracking number while it is en route to you. 


Some items ship from our global warehouses, some items ship from Michigan and New York City.

Contents of orders may ship separately. Your items will have tracking numbers accordingly.

Most customers receive their items between 9-12 days (excluding custom items).


  • We always send a shipping confirmation with tracking.
  • We don't have an overnight shipping option right now.
  • We aren't responsible for the shipping carrier's tracking or delivery times.


FREE SHIPPING currently automatically applies to orders over $100.

CUSTOM ITEMS may take 3-4 weeks. If you’ve ordered a custom jewelry item, your tracking number will update when the item ships. 

HOLIDAY SEASONS during the holidays, please expect delayed shipping times. Any courier delays are out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL shipping is a flat fee and the transit times vary depending on location. 

North America (Canada) $25 USD : 8 Days Transit via US Postal Service

Rest of World $25 USD : 25 Days Transit via US Postal Service

  • SAINT CHIC ensures the delivery of each order to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, SAINT CHIC shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund. SAINT CHIC does not take responsibility for lost packages nor stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service and shall in no way be required to issue a refund.

    The production & shipping departments are CLOSED Saturdays & Sundays.
